Our passion
At Rosemary and Thyme, we believe that desserts should not only look beautiful, they should taste amazing as well. We don’t believe in taking shortcuts in any of our components: our fillings, cakes, and frostings are all lovingly scratch-made with the freshest ingredients.
About us
Rosemary and Thyme is locally owned in Minneapolis, MN, by Bethany Nelson. Bethany works as a full time pastry chef and cake decorator and has more than five years of experience in the pastry and dessert industry.
